The Web 2.0 and thoughts that I had from reading though lens 1 so far.

The Web 2.0  The idea of the Internet and what it is all about is probably pretty obvious to everybody and myself, however, I was not aware of Web 2.0 and how it developed from Web 1.0. Web 2.0 is what the online technology is about in the current time. It is compared to the early days of the Web 1.0 characterised by greater user interactivity and collaboration. The idea of discourses mentioned  during the discussion has got me thinking ... I felt that those who are teachers had many subject points for discourses,...

Tuesday Discussion Group

This was the first group discussion for the term. At first I found it a bit overwhelming, but it felt very good to listen to things that people from other modules had to say. It was very helpful. Being part of this discussion made me realise how networking is not just about the obvious things such as social media, but there is more to it - we need to think outside the box. I also made myself aware that I should certainly dedicate time to looking at other people's blogs, not just from my module but also from module 2 and 3.
